Rod has obtained public accounting experience while working at a large national and midwest regional public accounting firm.  During his career, he was also employed in the industrial sector, having held positions of Controller, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer.  He has been managing Paquette & Company for over 25 years.
